Vacation to Mars in 2093
"They planned their wildest honeymoon getaway to Mars. Then ended up in a refugee camp."
July 2093
In July 2093, Noah and Mei Reyes, a scientific couple who escaped Earth's noise in their honeymoon vacation to a distant space planet soon found themselves fighting for survival while trying to maintain their connection and sense of self.
The story unfolds just a day after their departure when the catastrophic nuclear war 2.0 had erupted. It shows how strangers must form into family units, and love becomes the only defense against the vast emptiness.
Arriving in the northwest region of Mars, the luxurious touristic resorts soon became an infirmary and refugee camps for the space colonists and tourists.
The couple who would have three weeks of honeymoon vacation fought for survival, personal identity, and human connection. Through their experiences with grief, adaptation, and resilience, the characters learn that human connection stands as the sole path forward when facing unimaginable loss.
