The Eternal Sin
"I thought my life was perfect... until everything fell apart."
Six months after telling someone, "My life is perfect," I became so depressed that I spent most of my days in bed. I then gave my life to God and immediately felt an overwhelming sense of peace. What followed one month later was something I couldn't see but could feel--a darkness that pressed in on my mind and soul. The fear was relentless. What I experienced wasn't just doubt. It felt like something was trying to take hold of my thoughts, to convince me I was beyond saving and that I had committed the only sin that God could not forgive. I found myself facing a terrifying question:
Had I committed THE ETERNAL SIN?
