Lifa and a New Friend

Lifa is our retired greyhound and a retired racer from a track in Texas. We became aware of her, and she's been a vital part of our family for over ten years. When our daughter was very young, we wanted a dog with a gentle disposition and not aggressive to children--Lifa more than fit that description and then some. She was the very best dog around children I've ever encountered. Whether in the field or at home, she was our sweet girl and totally relaxed. This work is dedicated to all the greyhounds out there!
