Day-to-Day Reflections

The Day-to-Day Reflection series was born from a lifetime of mentoring girls and women to be strong in the Christian faith. They are brief studies from scripture, with present-day application for our lives as we live for Jesus in this world that is opposed to him.

Day-to-Day Reflections: Acts, Romans, and Corinthians is a devotional book taking a few verses each day and reflecting on their meaning for the reader to meditate on and assimilate into their lives. Each day includes verses, a reflection, a prayer, and a place for the reader to respond. It has purposefully been written with a short selection of verses, reflection, and prayer. Busy folk with busy schedules who don't have time for a lengthy daily appointment with the Lord can meet him within these reflections and direct their thoughts to the application of the selected scriptures throughout their day.

Beverley has continued her writing to include further publications: Day-to-Day Reflections: Galatians through to Philemon and Day-to-Day Reflections: Hebrews through Revelation.

Day-to-Day Reflections, Acts, Romans, Corinthians is an inspiring study for anyone to stay in God's Word in the middle of our fast paced lives. Beverley gives us the scriptures and then a brief summary to add background and context to make it more understandable. I love that she encourages reflection and a response to the truths in the scripture and a prayer for those truths to be applied to our lives. This is a "double" upbeat study that is very compatible with a busy schedule. It is written in a way that is very easy to understand, especially for those who haven't had a lot of previous experience reading the Bible.
