Both Sides of the Ocean
Modern history has discovered compelling evidence that advanced civilizations were navigating using star charts, sailing and trading between continents and across oceans as early as 3000 BC. Archaeological finds suggest that Minoans were such a civilization. They were leaders of the Bronze Age. They produced more bronze than Mediterranean material sources could support. We know that millions of pounds of copper were removed from the Great Lakes area of North America during the same era.
Ours is a story of characters living daily as we imagine they might have, given what we now know about the Minoans and the Bronze Age, which all came to an abrupt and mysterious end around 1600 BC.
